Inhouse forged sanmaiconstruction.
Wroughtiron cladding with waterquenched 26c3 core.
Heattreated to 64-65hrc.
This is a very rustic blade featuring some of the coarsest wroughtiron i've come across so far as cladding.

Be aware of that this is a very coarse cladding and can have small inclusions and voids in it that doesn't effect performance but can show if the blade is polished on wetstones.

I would call this a working knife with a mid to workhorse grind.
Balancepoint is at makers mark.
