Widebevel gyuto with sanmai construction forged inhouse.
26c3 coresteel heattreated to 64-65hrc.
Wroughtiron cladding.
Choilshot may look a bit lefty biased but the reason is there is a small forged lowspot (basically a slightly deeper forgemark) above the bevel on the left side of the blade.
The grind would fit both right and lefthanded users imho.
There is also some coarser grindmarks in the nashiji (forged surface) on left side of the blade at the tip. Nothing major and only visible if looking closer but they should be mentioned, because of this price is slightly lower.
