240 gyuto forged from a square bar of Damasteel stainless DS93X steel, Dense twist pattern
Heattreated to 63hrc.
Grind is convex.

243mm blade length
61mm height at heel
Thickness of spine:
3,8mm at ~1cm forward of bolster
2mm at ~middle of blade
0,9mm at approx. 2cm from the tip.
Weight ~250grams

Handle is made of Redwood lace burl and has been textured using glass bead blasting.
